Bazzini Nut Company, which was founded in 1886 by Italian immigrant Anthony L. Bazzini in New York City—where their original processing building still stands. Using only the finest grade A fancy runner peanuts grown in Virginia and Georgia—prized for their, large uniform size, crisp texture, and distinctive flavor—the nuts are roasted in small batches and packaged in Bazzini’s iconic blue elephant tin.
