Description
This is the effortless 10′ flood barrier that stores compactly, yet absorbs, contains, and diverts problem flood water in a matter of minutes. The barrier is ready to be deployed without the time-consuming and back-breaking labor of filling sacks with sand. It contains an eco-friendly super-absorbent polymer that activates with water to create a gel, capable of absorbing up to eight gallons of water. When activated, the barrier will swell to 3 1/2" high within 10 minutes. Multiple units can be stacked to create a vertical dam. This flood barrier is ideal for doorways, windows, and garages to protect against plumbing problems, severe storms, fast-melting snow, and other overflowing waters indoors or outdoors. The barrier stores compactly in its own bag that can be kept conveniently in a closet or cabinet and deployed quickly when time is of the essence. 10′ L x 6 1/2" W. Not for use with salt water.
