Easier to handle for those with limited wrist strength, it has a thinner design that preserves the legendary cooking performance of the traditional hollow cast iron pan without sacrificing the flavor of food. The skillets are naturally non-stick and their ability to prevent food from adhering to the surface only improves with seasoning. With a dual handle design on the largest skillet and side spouts on all three. Pre-seasoned, 100% cast iron. Hand wash. Includes 6" skillet, 8" skillet, 10" skillet which weigh 1 1/2 lbs., 2 /2 lbs., and 4 1/2 lbs. respectively, and an interchangeable silicone handle.
