This is the cordless knee wrap that uses electrostimulation to provide drug-free pain relief. It employs transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), an approach widely embraced by physical therapists and other medical professionals, to deliver harmless electrical pulses to block pain signals from reaching the brain.
