While the mask blocks migraine-aggravating light, the fabric hood applies a light pressure to key points around the eyes, at the temples, and at the back of the neck using the natural weight of flax seeds, which contour to the body. The healing hat can be chilled in the freezer to numb pain without medication, or warmed in the microwave to help relieve congestion and open nasal passages.
