Influenced by the meat-smoking techniques of 19th century immigrants from Germany and Czechoslovakia who settled in the lone star state, Texas barbecue has become synonymous with hickory smoked brisket, ribs, and sausage. This feast for six includes two chickens, 2 lbs. of smoked sausage, 3 lbs. of pork ribs, and a jar of Texas style BBQ sauce that is thinner and less sweet than traditional BBQ marinades. Each cut arrives fully cooked and ready to warm and serve. Serves up to 6 people.
