This is the digital scale that monitors weight as well as six other metrics including heart rate. Stainless steel electrodes on the scale’s surface generate a harmless electrical impulse (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) to obtain readings, a method proven to be more accurate than the body mass index method. The scale reads weight, heart rate, body fat, body water percentage, body mass index (BMI), muscle mass, and bone mass for up to nine people. All metrics can be saved and tracked using a free smartphone app. The scale has a sturdy impact-resistant glass surface, 400-lb. capacity, and it displays weights in 0.1-lb. increments on a 11/2" LCD display.
