Similar to a Fitbit, it monitors your heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, blood oxygen, and can record workouts, steps taken, and calories burned. During the day it reminds wearers when it’s time to hydrate or get active, and at night it monitors sleep quality. As a smart watch, it pairs with a device to alert users to incoming calls on the watch’s 1.4" color touchscreen. Charges via USB; a full charge provides up to five days of power. Fits wrists up to 9 1/2".
