The ham is rolled in brown sugar and cracked black peppercorns, then hung in a smokehouse over hickory for no less than 22 hours. This no-water-added ham is made the old-fashioned way, arrives fully cooked, and simply requires oven warming and slicing to preference. Includes a jar of Hogwash—a tasty condiment with horseradish, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Serves 10-12 people. (7-8 lbs.)
