This pair of Walkie Talkies earned The Best rating in tests conducted by the Hammacher Schlemmer Institute due to their superior range, ease of use, build quality, and features. During testing, the Best model was able to function within a range of 250’ with obstacles while lesser models either failed to connect or operated with significant static. Rated as the easiest unit to use, it had a simple scroll menu with large icons that kids found easy to navigate. Lesser sets functioned more like traditional walkie talkies and were more difficult to operate for children under 10. Its list of features include a real-time voice changer, backlit LCD screen, preset messages, animations, and four two-player games. Includes six AAA batteries. Ages 4 and up.
