Designed by James Longacre, Chief Engraver of the U.S. Mint, the circulated one cent coin embedded in the knife’s handle dates from 1861-1865, a historic and rare artifact more than 150 years old. The 4" stainless-steel blade bears the classically styled monogram, with the prominent family name initial in the center. With a simulated bone handle featuring an American Bald Eagle and United States flag. The handsome knife unfolds from its handle to 8 1/2" long. Comes with a certificate of authenticity.
