This is the raised back stretcher that reclines to decompresses the spine. Unlike other back stretchers that require one to lay on the ground or flip upside-down, this elevated model enables one to get in and out with ease. The result is a reviving stretch that decompresses the back and relieves pressure on the joints in the shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. The apparatus has a cushioned head and neck pillow, padded foam rollers along the seat and back, and ergonomic handlebars.
