Made in Southern India using a centuries old technique that pre-dates the region’s British Raj, coarse fibers from the outer husk of coconuts—coir—are hand tufted onto a woven base. The resilient coconut fibers keep dirt, snow, and debris at the doorstep, and withstand the constant scrubbing and scraping of shoes and boots.
