This is the pairing of Cincinnati’s famous Montgomery Inn BBQ ribs and Graeter’s ice cream that can be shipped directly anywhere in the U.S. for a mouth-watering meal from two of the Queen City’s iconic eateries. Lauded for decades, the included slabs of Montgomery Inn ribs have been sought out by visiting U.S. presidents, musicians, celebrities, athletes, and BBQ loving locals alike. Each slab is rubbed with a proprietary blend of herbs and spices and then slow roasted to lock in their unique flavor. Afterwards, the ribs are covered with Montgomery Inn’s own sweet and tangy BBQ sauce as soon as they come off the grill. The included pints of ice cream (chocolate chip and black raspberry chocolate chip) are made from Graeter’s, a five-generation old company based in Cincinnati since 1870. Handcrafted in small batches—only 21/2 gallons at a time—using unique French pot freezers, Graeter’s ice cream is frequently ranked among the best ice cream in the country. The pre-cooked ribs and ice cream are all ship frozen, and the set also includes one bottle of BBQ sauce.
